To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:

1. The Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on the Dermapeel device.
2. Trial our device for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 60 days.
3. You must complete at least 4 treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
4. If there are no noticeable results on your skin, email your 6 photos to us at info@luminaskinco.com with your order number and receipt, and we will review your application.
5. All 60-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 60 days of receiving your device.
6. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps.
7. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
8. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.

The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time. For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your device or how it is used.

Please ensure that the detailed device manual is thoroughly read and understood. If the device has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved. We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the complete product box back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded. We advise to return the box via trackable mail.
